The problem is ppl who can't handle their snakes anymore thinking its better to let em go in the wild. But ruining an existing ecosystem the snakes weren't meant to be in. A pet is a commitment, they should be taken care of for their entire life, whatever species.
I had a 14 ft redtail boa .she was a sweetheart except when hungry .fed her large bunnies and piglets.had albino corn true albino corn a big native bullsnake .caught him in my pumproom. Loved them all wife hated all .

I really enjoy seeing all the different reptiles. I am a vegetarian and used to eataly of meat. My one grandmom raised beef cattle and all our vegetables. For one person per year I estimate , from that example the beef would take up more land space for their food than for the vegetables and fruits that she raised. I used to have a really good ability to find reptiles in the wild their, (making everyone a bit nervous). I only got bitten by ankles as I could spot a snake about 50 ft away. My grandmom shot may water moccasins, cottonmouth moccasins out of trees. Have a great day!
