The govt is failing us. The greatest fault is from the govt. Northern leaders can't solve this. It is only govt that can punish criminals. After jailing a criminal for seven years and release him after just one year it means you wrongly punished him in the first place. It means he was vindicated. Why should they be trial when it was their men that told the military they are criminals not police men. He was sentence for escaping from lawful custody and gun running not Kidnapping.
