Hi Trish, I have been following your channel for at least a year now. My dream is to move to North Georgia. I spent most of the 90's and up to 2010 renting a time share with my sister and her husband at Mountain Lakes just south of Helen. I knew then that after retirement we would buy a place somewhere up their. I will be contacting you sometime next month by phone to arrange a meeting. I actually don't have any information about that. What have you seen specifically regarding this? Is it due to being in a heavily wooded area?
