How exciting for you guys! Hope you get a chance to post some pics of the progress. I'm sure it will be beautiful and loved the "fancy" comment. I would love "fancy" but our budget is fancy on a budget. Haha! Great information as usual. We keep looking at listings for the area and will be working with you in a year or two. We're leaning more towards buying a existing home and then a full remodel. Do you know good contractors/remodel companies that work in that area?

We are using Brown Haven Homes and I would highly recommend them. It’s been a great experience so far.

What are your projected cost for septic system is the area.

Of course it can vary greatly based on many factors, but currently about $7500 is a pretty decent estimation.
