Defenitly Roksan K3. More open, better resolving highs. Rotel sounds thinner.

I am considering to buy the K23.
I am a bit confuse on RB-1582. It is just a power-amp. What is the pre-amp? Use Roksan as a pre-amp?

Roksan shouts too much, some like it. I own a Rotel RA-1592 mkII with Sonus Faber Sonetto III and I'm happy with it!
