OK, I don't like the STYLE as she sings... good voice (but i still have heard better performances than this one)... So I just can't understand that why does she have to sing like a WOMAN when she is a little girl. I think that it's not natural this way. And I think that: MJ was 14 when he did his first performance of THIS song... but he has also sung songs before this performance... for example: who's lovin' you...or ABC etc. (And there are a lot of songs we never heard, from the older years).

I dont want everyone to sound alike I just wish people would use the Proper pronounciation of their words of the language they are singing in due to the fact that its how professionals are trained in order to understand the lyrics properly. You can sing in any style u want or use any accent but I was always taught that it's a disgrace to the profession and to a 6 yr old who does'nt know any better to allow her to sing in an unprofessional way. @Faith0ful i do understand why her parents are doing that, she has such a great talent and at the age she is now its hard to have that much discipline and if she doesnt use her talent it would be a real shame;)
I have mentioned this before. She sang it live and you can find clips where that is the case. In this particular case, the editor decided to use her album cut in the clip. There is not much difference, though.

she was 6 when she sang this, shes 8 now. shes gonna be 9 in november. man, shes growing up so fast, i remember when she first auditioned.
Connie was born November 20, 2000. She recorded the album "Over The Rainbow" at the age of 6. This clip was filmed I think on November 26, 2007, the release date of the album. She was just barely 7.
