  • I spent a week pushing the DJI Air 3 to the limits in one of the wildest places on the planet - Iceland. This island country is widely known for its wild and unpredictable conditions, so I thought it was the perfect place to test out the DJI Air 3. The newest edition to the compact series offers dual cameras, 46-minute battery life, and plenty of smart features that he was able to put to the test. While flying this drone in 40mph winds and freezing temperatures we were never once forced to stop filming due to extreme conditions and the imagery. The drone is compact and lightweight which makes it perfect for any travel creator.
Key Features of the DJI Air 3
    ► 24mm 1/1.3-inch-CMOS wide-angle camera
    ► 70mm 1/1.3-inch-CMOS 3x medium tele camera
► Up to 46 minutes of flight time
    ► Omnidirectional obstacle sensing
► Up to 4K at 60fps with dual camera
► Up to 48MP photos with dual camera
    ► New O4 video transmission
    ► Advanced smart Return Home
    ► 2.7K vertical shooting

CORRECTION: The Air 2s technically DOES have a larger sensor. I misspoke in the video. Thanks!

The 70 mm does not crop. It's optical 3x.
Also the Air 2s 1 inch sensor is larger than the 3 air's 1 1/3 - but it is confusing how they present sensor sizes.

Willing to put the Air3 into a two days hike backpack, will it survive without a case? Im trying to minimize space occupation.

Awesome video, I'm bringing my Air 3 to Iceland in May, what did you need to do to meet the licensing requirements?

Great video, and loved the color grading. Did you use any LUT's or just did it manually all by yourself? Would be awesome to see a video about that in the future. Any chance for sharing the locations in this video, would love to visit them.

That footage was absolutely spectacular! Birds always make me nervous when I’m flying my drone. Do you just ignore them and fly or do you try and evade them?

Do you use some filters on the drone ?

    • @tylerwayneglass
      @tylerwayneglass  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

Yo bro, don't you have a propeller guard? A plastic guard that came with it in the box? Which package did you get ? You should have that. It's a fine piece of plastic that goes over the base of the drone and you stick your propellers in them and literally clip it. First try will be a bit clumsy but with time, you will get used to it easily. Check your box.

Great video. Im a complete newbie. But I have a bad compulsive buying disorder, & I bought the AIR 3 Fly More combo , & Mini 4 pro with RC 2 controller, with fly more + battery kit & I bought the Integra goggles motion 2 combo. My wife almost divorced me when she seen what I spent on this order lol. Did I bite off more than I can chew, or should I be ok as a newbie? I plan on buying the care refresh plans before trying to fly either. I feel pretty intimidated to try these out.

Hahahahaha. You truly don't need the Mini 4 pro if you bought the Air 3. The Air 3 alone is good to go. I have one and trust me it's a gem. I have had the both the Mini 3 Pro and 4 pro.. But traded all back.

I know how you feel. I have not long got the Mini 4 pro because I loved my son's one so much and now I am having thoughts, bad bad thoughts of Air3 & Mavick3 and I don't know. Maybe I should get them both or not get either. I'll sleep on it
