I love playing Jumpstart with my partner as its a great way to play Magic casually without her having to worry about deckbuilding.
So I just picked up the 5 cards exclusive to these packs and I'll make up my own jumpstart packs out of leftover commons and uncommon. It cost me about £2!

I really don't understand the thinking behind these set specific jumpstart products, other than to trap new players I guess. Hopefully they phase them out and focus on the annual jumpstart products and making them the best they can be.

Wish you could just buy this in sets of five, so you can just add them to a jumpstart cube without dealing with all the repeats.

Did you get any mythics? I watched it but I was doing dishes and don’t remember seeing any. I have a case of this “jumpstart” type product from Dominaria United before I knew it was garbage. Thankfully I only paid $64/box but it’s still more than it’s worth.

@@MTGUnpacked It’s so weird, you got mythics in DMU and BRO jumpstart packs. I think it’s just bad quality control or randomization not that you can’t get any. I bought a case of DMU JMP for $65/box before I knew it was garbage as it hadn’t come out yet. I held onto it for awhile, then decided screw it, nobody wants these might as well open them and see if I get any good pulls.
EVERY red pack of both “Themes” in all 6 boxes had 0 rares or mythics. Not the one that’s the same in every pack or the truly random one. Just extra commons and uncommons. Finally got approved to send those packs for replacement, they haven’t sent anything back yet though. Great QC WoTC…

Grabbed two packs just to support a sportcards shop (owned by a friendly old man). Cracked tekuthul and mondrak dominus which I thought the dominus' were the guaranteed cards (time to by the rest from him).
The phrexian arena and urabraks forge were nice pulls
