- Cauliflower, whose ball-flower is as white as snow, as big as basketball. I felt so relaxed while harvesting them, so I couldn't help cooking them into a cuisine.

I wish you put text saying what you're putting in your food to season it, I see stuff that could be soy sauce, salt, msg etc please provide your recipes. I grow a type of Cauliflower in California in the USA called "Romanesco" that grows in a spiral, do you want to trade seeds? We will send you seeds for our type if you send seeds for yours, I'd also love one of those (not sure what you call it) cutting device that can hack through tender veggies and the toughest meats alike, and seeds for lotus root. I love the way you cut the Cauliflower by cutting the florets off the main stalk then slicing them, I cut it that way to and people think I am weird, people in the USA normally just chop it up in a way that creates a bunch of little crumbled up pieces and causes it to cook unevenly. You can use the leaves which is the plural of leaf (Leave, in English, means to go away and a Leaf is what you meant to type in your title, sorry my language's writing system is awful and makes no sense) to make Kim Chi or some type of fermented cabbage too.

Cauliflower leafs are delicious, y'all. No need to get rid of them. You cut them really thin and sautee with garlic and olive oil. Yum
