Dimash never does anything the conventional way. I've listened to other voice coaches as they struggle to put his performances into a logical progression, then they start the video and he proceeds to do exactly opposite of what they just said. So as far as trying to make some sense, we just have let it all happen then try to corral what happened. Most of us out here just give ourselves over to it and experience it. You have done way better than most. Dimash is said to have a 6 octave range, I barely have a 6 note range, so I can only appreciate his talent as a singer and as an arranger.

There is no day without one of his song, I literally feel withrowal symptoms. It is something like to explain to someone a beautiful painting. No way anyone could do the same. I don't think so. He is simply so perfect as a Bethowen symphonicc or Leonardo paintings., something extraordinary. God given talent.
Most of the Dimash music arrangements made by another young Kazakh fellow named Erlan Bekchurin, he is talent by himself and deserves credits as well. He made for Dimash most arrangements such as The Show Must Go On, Hello, All By Myself, Sinful Passion and etc. Igor Krutoi is a great composer but Erlan & Dimash gave to his old songs totally new dimensions (The Love of Tired Swans, Love like a Dream). You can see Erlan is always in Dimash concerts by his side and Dimash always praises him as a great talent.
Dimash was invited to the Cannes film festival after the Singer. He sang All By Myself and SOS. They are very intimate performances for dinner guests. They are incredible and worth watching by Dimash fans. The expressions on the guests faces is priceless. Most had no idea who he was.

Jackie B I mean, that his English singing was so good, yet he does not speak the language besides a few words. Try to sing a song in a for you completely unknown language, that is very difficult.
@@berg-t2w you are 100% correct. Dimash sang all of the English songs strictly from memorization. This is why his pronunciation of some words was a bit off, but his ability to make it sound beautiful more than makes up for any mispronounced words.

Hello from an Australian viewer and dear of Dimash, I have a man to clean my place every Friday and I introduced him to Dimash. Ben only 26 I thought would go just for other types of singers but no he likes him very much too. Just watched a bit of an interview that Dimash did on the 8th of July and it has English Subs. He said something that stood out to me that I want to share OCTAVES ARE MY TOOLS. MY REAL GOAL IS TO TAKE A PERSON TO ANOTHER WORLD WITH MY SINGING.. TO DISTRACT THEM FROM THE DAILY ROUTINE AND SEND THEM TO IMAGINARY WORLD. Interview goes for just over 40 minutes so I have another 20 to go. The title to video isDIMASH INTERVIEW ENG SUBS! by the TH-cam channel MODELADEL. It shows little clips in it too. God bless you.
Caleb, for the next episode, unforgettable day, please use the singer version. I don't know why people like the Gakku version more. Yes, his whistle of D8 is really impressive, but Dimash is more than just high notes. You have to see Unforgettable Day as a whole. Singer version is the most perfect to me. Or maybe you can do the singer version first then the Gakku version for the whistle. Either way, the singer version is a must.

The diva dance from "I am a singer" 2017 was greath but the Bastau and Shenzhen version are even better and both of them have a really amazing small other part that makes the most hard song to sing even harder.

The great thing about Dimash is everything he does even the covers sound new. The use of the vast range he has with what he does with every song and also adding some cultural changes is what makes you want to hear every song he does....Great reaction again mate.
I think that those runs you are talking about come from Dimash's cultural background - he uses Middle Eastern and Central Asian runs in his performances from time to time. Sometimes these runs directly refer us to Arabic and Asian cultures while in other cases they can be like in this song - without clear Oriental "pronunciation". In the song "Hello" you will hear strong Arabic Oriental sounds, in Sinful Passion - a combination of Arabic and Eastern Asian runs (imitating throat singing), and in the song Know (or Ascolta la Voce) - Central Asian runs.

His perfect pitch comes into play during those runs. As you most certainly know, it's SO easy to drop the pitch slightly, especially going down, but he comes out exactly on the right note at the end!

Use Unforgettable Day Gakku as he reaches the highest note from ANYBODY so far that some people can't comprehend can come from a human but they watch and listen enough to realize he does reach D8 with vibrato for 5 seconds.

I appreciate your sensitive and respectful way of approaching the artist. Unfortunately, this is not always the case and therefore I noticed it very much. Sometimes I got the feeling that one or other youtube reacter looked particularly critical at Dimash`s performances, almost as if they were looking for a mistake or a weak point. (OK - may be I am wrong. Or may be I am the one who is too critical and too sensitive concerning Dimash. 🙄Then of course I take back everything I said.😍)
Your reactions and analyses are not only very friendly and loving; I discern in your eyes and facial expressions sincere appreciation, enthusiasm and interest. Of course, as a proud Dear, it makes me very happy. 😇

Meanwhile there exist so many different covers from this beautiful song - a song which gets under the skin. It seems to be a very interesting and challenging song for a lot of vocalists, though it obviously seems to be very difficult to sing.

The diva dance from "I am a singer" 2017 was greath but the Bastau and Shenzhen version are even better and both of them have a really amazing small other part that makes the most hard song to sing even harder.

The great thing about Dimash is everything he does even the covers sound new. The use of the vast range he has with what he does with every song and also adding some cultural changes is what makes you want to hear every song he does....Great reaction again mate.

I think that those runs you are talking about come from Dimash's cultural background - he uses Middle Eastern and Central Asian runs in his performances from time to time. Sometimes these runs directly refer us to Arabic and Asian cultures while in other cases they can be like in this song - without clear Oriental "pronunciation". In the song "Hello" you will hear strong Arabic Oriental sounds, in Sinful Passion - a combination of Arabic and Eastern Asian runs (imitating throat singing), and in the song Know (or Ascolta la Voce) - Central Asian runs.
I love the way he blends those different influences and styles :)

His perfect pitch comes into play during those runs. As you most certainly know, it's SO easy to drop the pitch slightly, especially going down, but he comes out exactly on the right note at the end!

Use Unforgettable Day Gakku as he reaches the highest note from ANYBODY so far that some people can't comprehend can come from a human but they watch and listen enough to realize he does reach D8 with vibrato for 5 seconds.
