My so uncoordinated, so I was making up my own dance moves. But hey, who's watching, anyway? This is now in my favorites, and I'll be doing it often, especially now that it's cold outside, and I don't feel much like leaving the house. Thank YOU, PJ!!

TY PJ ! Fun, simple and short ! I I swopped the plank mountain climber for a standing looped mountain climber . Can’t do plank based moves , it adds to much tension to my neck/shoulder area . Merry Xmas PJ! ❤

I just used my 5kg vest for the first time. It's effective. Weird because I'm working low impact but my heart rate is much higher. It's like suddenly being unfit and having to work harder. Please pj can we have more of these, there aren't that many out there. Merci.
I love this workout!!! The new variant of dead bug (I think you called it a resistance bug?) was so good!! And the cardio moves were very comfortable on my low back situation.

so much appreciate no music in your workouts. I'm pretty much unable to go to the classes at the gym due to the blasting music which obscures the voice of the instructor. I do ask them to turn it down, but that doesn't usually go over too well.

Happy 2023!!! I was stuck in a Vancouver hotel ALONE on Christmas day eating yogurt and almonds bc nothing was open!!!! I wasn't able to visit with my daughter in Kelowna because of limited crew members (although air canada blamed the storm), despite watching a plane sit at the gate for 2hrs!!!!! Christmas '22 sucked!!!!!
