Suitcase doesn't increase the chance of getting more items from expeditions. It allows you to take more than one item out of shelter to expeditions. So please stop taking 1 item + briefcase, it does nothing

Might already know this, but if you want the twins ending, don't raid the helpless communities (elders, children etc), since they refuse to continue helping you if you do (symbolized by the bloody handprint on the wall).
I'm actually addicted to this series it's too good.
Same, soundtrack matches the overall atmosphere of the game and the transition from a scavenger to a daily eventful survival is a good decision in my book. Had be the survival part being the only part of the game you can play I would still enjoy it regardless.

If you've watched every ep you should understand by now that nl could bring nothing down and have at least 5 soup and water, a radio, a gas mask and 2 family by day 5
Just so you know, the fatigued effect means that they've been in the shelter too long and need to get out. Send fatigued people out on an expedition
Good information, but man that's confusing and counterintuitive. "Antsy" or "Cooped Up" would have been way more clear...
i thought this was actually a lie to try to get him to mess up bc of how much "fatigued" doesnt sound like it should mean that, but apparently its true lol

Hey NL just spitballing here but if the radio is primarily used for the military rescue and youre trying to get a different ending then mabey the radio shouldn't be such a high value item?
Well yes and no.
The radio can tell you when the wasteland is safe to travel without a gas mask (this is extremely important).
The radio has many events that can keep the family members sane.
There is a random event with the radio that can give you tons of supplies and 2 random items.
Early on the run you can get the air drop event that gives you +2 soup and +2 water if you have the radio and gas mask.
Overall a pretty important item, imo almost as good as the boy scout handbook.
Hey eggman just wanted to let you know that when you do something like rob your neighbours or anything else that leaves a bloody handmark on the wall, makes it so you can’t get rescued by the Hillvalley boys because they consider you a bandit.
Always save the scout handbook, you can learn to fix most of the items in the shelter radio included

Even though NL makes some funny mistakes, I still love this series. Keep it up Gary
Edit: Only thing I'm gonna preach is stop bringing the suitcase out on a scavenge unless you're gonna use the extra space. You don't bring anything extra back with you.

NL want's a diffrent ending than the military rescue, yet he turns down all the other options and gets saved by the military again, such an egg move

I love the enthusiasm when your playing this. Really immersive strangely too.

try taking different items with you on expeditions.
the map makes you come back faster, weapons increase chance of survival but the misc items make you more likely to get bonus stuff. if you don't need it for an event or survival try send extra items on expeditions.
if you're not going for a military victory radio is pretty Good to take with you.
also apparently timmy is the best for expeditions (except maybe mutant Mary Jane? )
If you're taking the suitcase you want at least two other things, the main point of it is to let you take multiple items.

I'm gonna be real disappointed in a month when NL has done everything this game has to offer. It's too freaking good but a man can only forget a radio on the way down to the bunker so many times.

Maybe it was his fault for landing on first planet immediately, never played myself so idk.

Not sure how long the backlog is on these, but there is a difference between tired and fatigued. When someone is fatigued it pretty much means they're going stir crazy and need to go outside rather than stay in and rest
Fatigued seems like the wrong word for that. They could've just used "stir crazy"

Coming back to this series, I just realized if the radio works, wouldn't that mean that radio waves could penetrate the bunker? They don't seem to have any kind of specialized antennae situation built.

When you start in your house look at the furthest part of the house and decide which item is the furthest away you wish to collect. This will maximise effiency as you can be at the furthest item you want and only make half the trip as you don’t need to run to it after picking the closest times

One thing I wish they did with this game is you can have like 4 people play make it multiplayer some how
Just to add another heads up to the pile egg will never read: fatigue never wears off, it's just a sign that the character will bring back less on expeditions. If everyone has it it doesn't matter any more because they're all equally and permanently debuffed
My strategy is to give them water every 4 days and food every 8 days

I hate how he always ignores a bunch of things right next to the shelter just to go fumble around later, then panic grab 1 item despite something like gun literally being Right there, and the axe.

I don't think Ted being cured is "spontaneous". Pretty sure even the tutorial mentioned that if you can beat illness without meds if you feed them well and let them rest. And guess what you did - you gave them food without Ted even being hungry.

I think 10-9 is the opposite of 10-4
elevown depends. On the radio where I used to work 10-9 was repeat. I think we used 10-54 to mean negative. Usually we would just say no though
