Does anybody know of any good DAWs for Linux systems? And by "good" I mean that it's stable, lightweight and has a convenient & userfriendly interface. I don't need a lot of fancy synthesizers or advanced FX plug-ins - I actually enjoy shaping my own sounds from scratch using basic and "primitive" tools! It feels more "real" for some reason 😊 (3xOSC for the win! 😁).

I don't make money via Music but I do make money via my Sound Design work. In a good week I can earn between 500-1000$ dollars but that's without the government taking taxes and the cost of doing business so more like 300-600$ it's good to live comfortably but not luxurious

zen why my tracks sound shit when i upload them on soundcloud? high freqs sound really bad.
Because SoundCloud converts anything you upload to 128kbps MP3 for the sake of faster playback. So basically it reduces the quality on purpose.
It can be solved by leaving some headroom
it can be solved by leaving about 1db of headroom and using a stereo widener plugin to REDUCE the width of you highs (like 10k up)
