You always go that extra mile when giving context to these keynotes. Answering all the questions I had. Everyone else just repeats what we saw in the initial keynote. So good
17:41 The Passwords app is actually coming to ALL operating systems, not just Mac OS. I’m curious how it’ll compare to other password managers out there
Hey Brian, this is a really good analysis very concise and buried to the point it was very professionally done and I really enjoyed it very much top job!!
yes however, my HUGE complaint is that the keybaord hasn't changed, small keys, no 5th number row, and the app folders are still on 3 X 3! Seriously WTF?!
I use iPhone camera to take photos of documents, a lot! And I really wish if there’s an AI feature that flattens creased or crumbled paper photos and restores them with one click without distortion, this sounds easier said than done! I know that Notes App can take “scans” of paper documents but it’s very buggy and can never restore crumbled papers 😢
Please tell the apple team to give us the ability to translate page on screen in the same format as it is displayed on the screen. It is very difficult to translate by taking screenshot and then Go to photos app and then translate.
If in Safari, the page can be translated in the same format; if page can be translated the button is in the url. On other apps, instead of Photos, use Preview with a screenshot. It won’t be in the same format, but it’ll do a quick translation.

Useful review and summary Brian. Apple has added some terrific upgrades such as natural language, writing/math tools, air pods and calculator. Additionally the satellite connection will likely save lives? Others like screen customization and Siri are woefully out of date. We’ll see if they catch up? Now will the iPad OS software we actually requested show up? Or will we have to wait as long as we did for the calculator?
I am just interested with Apple vision for the future post Apps era. They have made the first step towards a more dynamic organic integrated system powered by AI. Apps, structure folders, browser, coding, etc are no longer necessarily separated and complicated. With a natural language, one can do a lot of cool things without opening a single apps or write a code.

Honestly. We need a functioning Congress. We need some or any AI regulations. We need a department in the government to help monitor and allow for adjustments and advancements. Leaving regulations to corporations who only care about money and not the risk is an issue.
I truly don’t understand apple right now. Apple has failed with AI with Siri in comparison to google and Amazon for years, because apple’s focus was privacy, security, and not collecting your data. I bought apple for that very reason. I don’t trust this new apple AI at all to be any good. But I also don’t need it. However, apple has a great wallet app that would be great if it was more interoperable. I’m more curious to see what apple could do with blockchain tech. This tech is in tandem with apple’s focus on privacy, owning your data, and security. For instance a blockchain based token could be your passwords, your Apple ID, or even your Apple Cash that’s interoperable with cash app or PayPal. I think Apple is missing a big opportunity and instead of being a leader in the tech industry they are playing catch up. Their stock dipping to third place shows I’m right.
I can’t wait for AI to hit our Apple devices! This is literally what I’ve been waiting for and I will 100% be upgrading in the fall. If you don’t have 15 pro or above your phone will be a DINOSAUR 🦖
Great video. Apple calmed a lot of fears of creators and the general public around “AI”. By restructuring their AI around a set of basic principles. 80% of users will not need ChatGPT. All the Writing Tools, Calculator notes, Image Playground, Genmoji and Siri with App Intents will occur on device or using APPLE servers. The rest the user can choose ChatGPT and potentially other LLM’s.
I’m afraid that AI is going to have quite a negative impact on student learning as it could destroy native creativity, impacting writing, math and other academic disciplines.
