Usually I try zerkers, phantom, stormraizer, essence reaver, infinity edge, collector and the last whisper item that has crit or bloodthirster.
I like it on adc's with low base attack speed (Lucian, MF, Tristana and Cait) some lethality-mid lane champs (Nocturne, Talon and Yone). There's a good mix of ad, some lethality, some armor pen, attack speed and good mana regeneration. It also gives 100% crit chance.
You could go pta, lethal tempo (on adc's), or electrocute (on lethality champs). You could probably change your mythic to eclipse (for sustain), gale force, or duskblade.
Your videos have helped me calm down for quite a long time. Even if you don't try my build, I appreciate you.

Hey Zwag, it's Omnivamp on Doran's Knife? Couldn't you go a deep Vamp build with Karma just stacking Doran or dies or have no attaching?
Anyhow, I think Garen, Kled, and Illoai could probably build 5 Doran and shoes and just buy full items to replace them with Conq as the stone and mana regen for illaoi.
