  • Salah satu hidangan berasaskan ikan yang popular dan digemari ramai, siakap 3 rasa dengan sos yang mewah rasa pedas, masam dan manis. Resepi ini mudah untuk dibuat tanpa menggunakan bahan yang mudah untuk didapati. Bolehlah cuba buat untuk juadah menu berbuka puasa nanti.

    Jumlah Hidangan : 3 ke 4 orang
    ❤️IKAN SIAKAP :
    1 ekor ikan siakap saiz sederhana-besar (cuci bersih & kelar badannya)
    1 & 1/4 sudu teh garam
    1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
    2 ke 2.5 sudu makan tepung jagung
    Minyak masak untuk menggoreng
    ❤️KUAH 3 RASA :
    Anggaran 1/4 cawan minyak menggoreng ikan/ minyak masak
    2 batang serai (ketuk)
    1 biji bawang besar (didadu)
    2-3 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
    1 inci halia (cincang halus)
    4 sudu besar pes cili kering/cili kering kisar
    1 & 1/2 cawan air (dalam video saya letak 1 cawan dahulu, kemudian baru letak lagi 1/2 cawan)
    7-8 sudu besar sos cili
    4 sudu besar sos tomato
    2 sudu besar sos tiram
    1/4 batang lobak merah (didadu)
    1/2 biji nenas (potong kecil)
    1/2 batang timun (buang biji) (didadu)
    2 biji tomato (buang biji & potong kecil)
    5 helai daun limau purut (buang urat tengah)
    1/2 biji bawang Holland (didadu kasar)
    2 sudu besar sos ikan
    1 sudu besar jus limau
    2 sudu besar gula
    8-10 tangkai cili padi siam (potong kecil)
    Garam secukupnya

    Fried sea bass with three flavor sauce is a popular fish-based dish that you can enjoy with your family. The fried sea bass is coated with three flavor sauce - sweet, sour and spicy. This is the easiest recipe that you can make at home with simple ingredients without the additional seasoning. You can make this dish for iftar.

    ❤️FRIED SEA BASS :
    1 medium-large sea bass (cleaned & make a few slashes on each side)
    1 & 1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    2-2.5 tbsp cornstarch
    Cooking oil to deep fry
    ❤️THE SAUCE :
    About 1/4 cup cooking oil/ fried fish oil
    2 lemongrass (bruised)
    1 onion (diced)
    2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
    1 inch ginger (minced)
    4 tbsp dried chili paste
    1 & 1/2 cups water ( I added 1 cup first followed by another 1/2 cup)
    7-8 tbsp chili sauce
    4 tbsp tomato ketchup
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1/4 carrot (diced)
    1/2 pineapple (chunked)
    1/2 Holland onion (coarsely diced)
    1/2 cucumber (seed removed) (diced)
    2 tomatoes (seed removed) (chunked)
    5 kaffir lime leaves (middle vein removed)
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp lime juice
    8-10 Thai chilies (cut into small pieces)
    2 tbsp sugar
    Salt to taste
