Somehow I felt the line distributions were fair. The parts that were distributed highlighted the members and complement their vocals. For example: Oh Yoona rap part suited her a lot, some of her lead vocals were great Narumi deep vocal part amongst higher part creates contrast Hyeonju got some falsettos and it sound like heaven Seowon I can’t get enough of her. Her voice is so powerful and crisp she got just enough high parts that showcased her talents without overpowering the song. Kotoko unique tone made the part “dizzy dizzy” sounds impeccable. It’s like she’s truly in a daze Sieun rap shows her versatility and range Nana tied the song together because every song needs a constant, and she’s a great performer. I adore this song and it was very well distributed. It played to everyone’s strength.
I honestly wouldn’t be mad if this group was an actual group to debut (I know some of them are apart of UNIS, I just mean this particular group) because I’m actually vibing to this song (ngl). Anyone else agree?
@songockou I mean the producers would not pick someone if didn't have potential or unique talent. Just like Elisha, her talents has been consistently great and keep getting better like did people not notice her in the fire performance
the fairness of a Line Distribution isn't focused on who gets most lines, its how each member shines in their own individual way, Nana got most parts but that doesn't mean she shadowed her members, everyone, even Kotoko who had least lines, shined in this team which makes the Line Distribution very much fair.
Well, tbh I agree that kotoko's vocals are weaker than the others in this performance. But still, even with less lines, she stood out because of her vocal tone. I'm just saying that I won't expect her to have many lines in a song. She is my bias, but we can't deny the fact that she needs more improvement (which we can clearly see that she is improving).
I won't say the distribution is unfair, but Nana played way too many parts, it made some of the members just stood out less such as hwang Sieun. also you get too many parts to focus on sometimes, it gets hard to focus on the concept and performance. but Nana did quite well. Eventually line distribution is decided which voices suits the songs most. kotoko who often play cure/pure type concept gets less lines. Hyeonju, Narumi is well suited for these type of songs. however Narumi should've gotten more. I felt like the first intro line would've suited Narumi better than Nana. No hate. It is just my opinion.
Let it be known that LIM SEOWON was chosen as the lead vocal for this song, just sayin. No hate towards Nana or anything but why go through the hassle of having that whole selections segment just to distribute parts differently?
