The last pad touch the beams but the sketch is 35 mm far from the beams. How comes.???
I hope you mentioned about stingers. When making pad with the sketch, I have given the thickness for that. Also it's not touching any beams

Check the reference plane that you selected. Try with different reference plane while creating rectangular pattern
