Not a heartless but a professional instead, which probably knows sharks much better than you do. Only 3 species are responsible for some 80% of all attacks on humans and the hammerhead îs not one of them. Then, a whole third of all attacks are provoked by humans initiating interaction with a shark (harassing, trying to touch or hand-feeding it), that's to say If you mind your own business the shark will do the same, which does not include attacking humans, apart from exceptions. When I spearfished along the french Riviera coast, I was constantly surrounded by blue sharks up to 9-10ft., never had a problem with them, apart from the fact that they frequently tried to steal my prey... At around 8 a.m., when beachgoers started to crowd the place, these "maneaters", in an evident attempt to steer clear of us, retreated to deeper waters.
No, I'm from Florida, born and raised. This appears to be a hammerhead shark which are relatively harmless. They were never in any danger, not from this particular species anyway.
It’s actually good that the swimmers didn’t see the shark because sharks attack only when they get nervous or see some strange movements but since the swimmers were calm shark didn’t have anything to do with them
Video needs the “Jaws” music lol But it’s funny , most people are oblivious to their natural surroundings , I spent a bit of time doing nature photography , I would be taking pics of animals and people walk by , make noise , scare the animals away and then ask me ,”What you taking picture of ??”. I bet sharks pass a lot of swimmers and no one notices. Interesting, like many animals , looked like the shark really wanted nothing to do with the swimmers.
Não, provavelmente eles sabem que os tubarões-martelos são pacíficos com seres humanos(caso não os provoque), e aprenderam a comviver com eles, e o tubarão tambem deve estar acostumado
How did they not see it 😅
Alt und dumm
Hammerhead sharks are relatively harmless. Lucky for those swimmers.
Big shark. Yet, even though it is shallow water, the fin is not seen. 😮

As you can see from the zoom they are a good ways away so there’s no way they could alert them.

they never splashed around that’s why they weren’t attacked
They got lucky
