    Some of these machines and equipment aren’t even made for taller people. Like our limbs are too long so it’s all awkward trying to make it work. 😂😂

    Ugh it’s so frustrating for me I have adrenal gland issues (adrenal fatigue and my thyroid t3 and t4 is just below functioning) so I’m finding out the body is actually super complex. I can still reverse it. I’m planning on getting my abs after reversing it and it’s a challenge. Basically I have to eat the same as someone who works out (minus carbs except fruit) I have to eat small amounts every two hours. High protein high fibre high healthy fats and high greens. I need to work out at 7pm, but a light workout. I have to take vitamins. And do this for two years into my body works for me… when the body is healthy then it’s easy. I’ve had hormone imbalance since my teens. Basically too much estrogen due to stress giving me adrenal dysfunction like symptoms. I always managed my weight and stayed thin but it was never easy. So if you do what Jacob says and still have issues I recommend seeing a naturopath even if it creates debt otherwise it’ll catch up with you and you’ll feel like your body is older when you’re young. Would love to shred and spend 4hours in a gym but that could literally kill me with adrenal fatigue… know how it works know your body and create a plan
