    Kosuzu's ability is one of the best on the whole history of Touhou, not lore wise, but from outside view in practicality, just imagine being able to read any kind if text by just looking at it.

    harukawa moe’s artstyle is SOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!! Warm, cozy, and Welcoming, which is ironic considering most of touhou’s characters are capable of nothing but death. I hope Harukawa Moe is doing alright, if they’re reading this. Last time anyone has heard of them was a long Time ago, although I could be wrong.

    I recall improving my reading ability on this Touhou manga a lot on my own. It has somehow also helped me out for playing RPGs like Epic Battle Fantasy 5 and Swords & Souls Neverseen.

      @@StinkBugWizard I believe that Japanese video games' music has a similarity which makes people feel familiar when listening to them (it's like you're listening to Mario, Sonic or Pokemon music). Well, it's not exactly "Eastern" but that explained the "feeling of familiarity and home" the original commenter stated.

      What

    • @agitpolat1061
      @agitpolat1061 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@toro2812 I have no Idea what they're talking about, but I can think of two possibilities of what they could be referring to.
      The first one that comes to mind is that they put Akyuu's and Kokoro's names in western order when they're introduced, so for example instead of "Hieda no Akyuu" it's written as "Akyuu Hiedano", even though you normally don't do that even outside Japan because of the "no" (since that makes their full name something akin to actual Titles, something like "X of (the) Y")
      Even then though, they openly admit "Normally her name is not written this way even in english, we only did it to make clear that "Akyuu" is her given name" in a Translator Note for the sake of readers who aren't familiar with Touhou.
      The second possibility would be that there are cases where they translate the name of something in general, in order to reduce the number of still-in-japanese Terms in the Text. For example in Volume 3 a particular myth is translated as "Send-off Clappers" in the Dialogue, although much like the name thing, the Translator Notes openly give the original japanese name (and a little bit of context by explaining what it's about).
