Most of the time the black units are specialty units for example the BDU(Bomb Detection Unit) but sometimes black cars are given to regular patrol officers it’s rare though NYS is weird sometimes they’ll break away from a uniform look with some agencies to save money that’s why they’re a lot of white DOT trucks now instead of the yellow, white is cheaper

You have to change the names to like police.ytd or police2.ytd so it will say like 2k45.ytd delete the 2k45 not the .ytd and put police in front of the .ytd or yfd whatever it is if this makes sense it's hard to explin
