It had a topper style handle that when rotated latched against the A pillar

Thats just aluminum from the local hardware store
How’d you connect the barn hinges to the Polaris? Did you drill in to the roll cage/frame?
No there is two holes there on a flat surface. It’s the same holes used for the factory doors
What did you cut the plexi glass with. And did you pre drill the holes in the plexi??
I cut it with a router and yes I predrilled all the holes.

Suggest using lexan instead of poly
This is acrylic however polycarbonate would be much better. Choices were slim due to covid shortages

Most local auto parts or tractor parts places carry it however it’s far cheaper online.
