It's just ridiculous, isn't it? I mean, it's just utterly ridiculous, how incredible these guys are. Inspirational is an understatement. Their energy and maturity; their performances; their skills, and their insane English legacy. The world is a better place because of Iron Maiden. That's a fact. No arguments. It's a fact.
Absolutely, no room for rationality or subjectivity with these guys, they are the best of any genre, of any time. Nothing to do with liking them or not, it's what they are and I struggle to think how they can be topped.

I've seen them 17 times live, in 4 countries, and 7 states. Both my son's saw Maiden for their first concerts. I'm wearing an Iron Maiden shirt while I'm typing this!! It is ridiculous!!!

Amazing how 6 guys in their 60's put out a show younger bands in their 20's are just capable of dreaming off, iron maiden is still relevant, greater as ever and relentless, call it a healthy lifestile, drugs free or just the passion for what they do, this band's just simply has no match.

@Ryan ConnollyYep I hear ya. For me his consistency is amazing. Be Quick or Be Dead. Man on the Edge. Ghost of Navigator / Silent Planet, Dance of Death, Talisman, Book of Souls. Those are all bangers and the peak of their respective albums.

I've totally cried tears of joy at a maiden show. Several times. Maiden just have a way of calming me into believing life is not all that bad after all.

He has written the most memorable songs of iron maiden in the recent years, anthems so to say, this is among the best of his arsenal, dance of death, montsegur, the talisman, ghost of the navigator and the list goes so on, the guy is a freaking genius for sure. Really to admire.
@@jesusguerra1093 and I do, with my entire heart, soul and mind....you know I saw them live in London 2018 for the first time ever, first to the barrier..the show was way beyond my wildest expectations and even if I left with two broken ribs, a back like a rainbow I´ll be in Chile october 15th, just to see the same show again, but this time in a country where the audience gives the show....a long time dream comes true.....
@@susannewilliamsson8339 hahaha nice story, i saw them the first time back im 2009 in th somewhere back in time tour in San Jose Costa Rica, the place was packed i was in the Dave Murray corner in awe watching my hero shredding with his magnanimus legato all those classics, best night in my life and they close with Hallowed be thy name, everyone was in tears when the gong hits in, and when they play rime of the ancient mariner was another special moment of the night, i saw the books of souls tour aswell back in 2016 same place but this time on Janick's corner and the man is a total showmanship not losing the tempo and a really awesome stamina, oh man no metal band gives more joy to the soul than Iron Maiden. I can't watch them this years because of my duties in my job, but hell enjoy my friend every single second of it.
@@jesusguerra1093 I will I promise....I´m a quite recent fan you know about six years but what they have given me in that time is beyond anything, I was their when the guys first appeared on the scene but somehow they got lost, in work, life you know the story....ever since I found them I´ve been so hooked that it actually scares me..I´ll be staying in Chile for two weeks just to explore the country, architecture, nature, wildlife aswell as the life of the general population...........but to see Maiden in Chile will be an experience of a lifetime..

When the album came out, I thought this has to be one of the greatest songs Maiden has ever written, later on I thought that it was just the excitement of a new album coming out. Now I’m listening to this again, but damn it still does it. The story, the melodies, the solos, all of it. It’s magical, it’s magnificent. A masterpiece. Up the irons!

I watch this video at least once every day or two. It brings me so much joy; an overwhelming feeling of euphoria. Seeing these guys perform is certainly a treat to behold, and I’m happy to say that I was able to have that experience a couple of months ago on the Legacy of the Beast Tour. You can tell how hard a song is to sing when Bruce isn’t running around while singing. Epic live performance. I honestly think they’ve got better as they’ve aged.
Words cannot describe how amazing this band and this performace is. I saw this tour stop in Tacoma enduring a 8 hour roundtrip drive in the process and it matched this in both quality and energy.

i adore this band 🙂 they are an inspiration and Nicko has inspired me to learn the drums and i must say i am loving the journey! So Maiden stuff is about a grade 7, erm I haven't done grade 1 yet!
