- Hey everyone and welcome back to more Zeepkist! Today the theme is curvy tracks so I made a curved rail grind! This is my first kacky map in Zeepkist and it requires an insanely difficult boardslide skill to complete! This track definitely made everyone rage...

How about a parts list theme? You each get to select a certain number of parts to add to a universal list and each of your tracks has to use them as more than just decoration while simultaneously using nothing else. Probably give a starting allowance of five-ten boosters or fans for sanity sake.

The best part of these group videos is hearing Yannic on the edge of weeping or raging at some point. Lmao .... Yannic is awesome. Glad he joins you guys for these games.
Yeah it's awesome having him there. Plus then he gets firsthand experience of what the game feels like from a player prospective.
Had a few tries that almost made it, but ended up bouncing off the rail just at the end, think the steering might've been the problem there
I actually had built something that uses the booster alignment and ice to get some nice results just a day or two before these :D

If you guys feel like doing more Kacky stuff, there was kacky competition in zeepkist that wrapped up a few weeks ago. You can still play most of the 15 tracks, but the community there is working on building the next season’s tracks. I can toss you a playlist file over discord if you want to have the gang try their hand at them
I've been wanting to see Kacky maps since watching one of Dappers videos. (The Green Sides with the Cat Jump.)
But also, with how hard these maps have been lately, I feel like you guys banding together for an "Adventure Pack" theme would be great.

When you said you don't expect anyone to finish this I knew Scrapman would, half of his tracks are skateboard themed, it's his thing.

As a trackmania player, its so funny to see kacky maps bleeding into other racing games
I would love to see these guys suffering on a TM Kacky track. Some of the most recent ones are really fun. "Kacky of the Day" would be a good introductory course for anybody who hasn't played one yet.
Kosmo and Dapper started playing TM recently too, wonder if Scrapman would also start playing

kacky as a theme would be nice but i think the reason why kacky works in TM is because its physics is suuuper consistent, yes there are bugs but they are 100% repeateable and not rng, im not sure if zeepkists physics is 100% consistent but atleast theres a difference between single player and multiplayer which is a bad sign
That's because Trackmania physics are deterministic, the same input will always result on the same result

@@vhaelen326 Yeah, they were talking about how Unity's physics aren't perfect with how the body slide causes random bumps. Unfortunately, Zeepkist just isn't deterministic.

i had a similar idea with a railgrind, but i dont have the patience for it. im super glad to see that its possible. i kinda hope Yannic uses this somehow, but i REALLY hope he doesnt lol
You and Dapper are making me want to buy this game and make some tracks haha.
Utter torture for 10 mins this track and then 15 seconds of brilliance which made up for it when you beat Scrapman at the last minute.
The reactions in the game chat to Kan saying it's a Kacky map were hilarious. One player just straight-up immediately quit the game 😂

Then proceeds to give his friends 10 minutes to finish it.

Possible themes:
School theme, each person does a subject (math, p.e., science…)
Warcans theme, Socks242, Kebozine, or Dapper themes (Dapper with a big cheese)
And here I thought Kosmo chose violence... This was straight up evil.
Maybe do a "remix“ theme where you take an old track of yours and turn it into something completely different. Also a Suggestion from infame Chat in the video I really liked was “a track that could be in adventure mode“

So much interpretation of the same theme. Scrapman has improved quite a lot.
next week you should do a kaizo track. ( kaizo is a mario maker thing where they do a series of super precise tricks to get to the end )
Half of the fun of watching these multiplayer videos is watching multiple people, not just one person.

awesome track!! maybe for these REALLY hard/impossible tracks, give them more time? unless people really dont want to try but super hard tracks are really cool. it just sucks a lot of people complain/cry about it.
I think Kan should have provided some hint in chat at what people were supposed to do at the beginning as well, when he went to photo mode and 90% of people were trying to 50/50 that had to be frustrating for those players.
Everyone complains about their tracks being too difficult, I think more time and pointers in chat at beginning would help. I would love to see more kacky tracks and just harder tracks in general, making it a little more approachable would help people build their skills
Potential theme you each make three pieces of track then you hand those pieces out to each other and then you have to incorporate the three pieces you are given into your track.
And 20 driver's went straight to the editor to learn one thing.

Cool theme idea: Video games or consoles. Everybody picks a console to base a track on. Like the green xbox for kAN, The red switch for Scrapman, The white/baby blue Wii for Kosmo, etc. or green master chief for kAN, red Mario for Scrapman, blue mega man for Kosmo, etc.
What would be good is having collision in multiplayer and having it so you use other players as obstacles as everyone tries to set a time
Theme Idea: Flat slippery ice with boosters at different angles, turn your car to get the boosts that you want.

Would love to see a kackiest kacky competition like once a year and for one month you have to complete as many maps as you can. If the people can discover bugs that could be a good addition to their track then they add it and the track becomes centered around that bug. Of course the submitted tracks will be selected
Scrapman, the Zepkist noob of the group, beat the kacky track where all Veterans (sides the creator) couldn't...guess a fresh perspective is needed huh lol.
Finally a track war cans can't beat XD

Maybe a one-of-each-piece track? With one piece you could re-use (other than checkpoints and fans)
Christmas, Halloween, Birthday Party, Easter, or other Holiday-Themed tracks (that would be fun to watch!)
Other-Game-You-Play themed tracks: for example, Scrapman could do a Scrapmechanic track, Kosmo a Trackmania track, Dapper a Marble World track, and Kan a whatever-other-game-he-plays track: that would be very interesting…
Or maybe a Telephone-Theme, where someone makes a track and the other 3 people have to try and base it of what he says… that would be interesting if there was a cheese, than you would have to try to make the cheese as well 😮😮
Based off your 15min tracks, how about a 10min or 5min track?!? Those would just be interesting to see… (like, not including tree-and-rock adding time, or fan powering time)

Have you already done reverse tracks? That is, tracks where you must be in reverse (steering with "back" wheels) to survive?
I know you guys did a lava theme a while back, but I was thinking that an "Erupting Volcano" would be a pretty cool theme, and we'd get to see Scrapman make a lava-type track as well.

I was doing this completely wrong with a 50/50 ride and almost had it. Missed the finish by a couple of blocks.
You should've had the board slide, and then finish with a 5 minute free-fall.

What if you tried making tracks _look_ as kacky as possible but with the main goal of having as many finishers as possible? The illusion of difficulty, some people who don't realize this gimmick could feel very good about themselves for managing to beat your tracks or smtn

I was one of the skateboards so sorry to deprive everyone of a sick grind 🤣 I only made it across the rail once and it was 50/50 and I flew off the edge. This course was frustrating for a new player!

Mountain tracks would be cool
Make a track that have 2 finishing points placed on top and bottom of a hill with a check point in between them and the starting point long away where you can't see the finishing point or the middle checkpoint. Also add some more check point between the start and finish to confuse the players. No cheese though. Make sure the time between the last check point and finish lines are the same. Remember one is uphill one is downhill.
How about a Zeepkist Olympics? Your choice of "sport" like long jump, high jump, etc
