Excellent review Paul. It's the most detailed, informative I have seen with great demonstration. Those are the details people are looking for that always seem to go over looked. Great to see how that stuff works. Maybe a short test drive and other basic vehicle features like power seats and such and back seat leg room would be nice. A longer review I would watch as a potential buyer, buyers will not tire of greater length reviews.

As for the HardRock edition video, we've been waiting on another one to arrive at our store. Being a limited edition vehicle, we don't receive them often from Jeep. They sell almost as fast as they arrive.
We're expecting another delivery soon, so we'll plan to have one posted when that arrives!

That U-Connect is kinda crappy especially the Garmin GPS running at 15 FPS. It's below par for a $1800 unit by 2015 standard.

Hey people of the internet......I've been thinking about the jeep rubicon and vinyl-ing it matte black with silver later....the only thing is I live in the east coast so off road capabilities aren't that need unless it's winter.....and I've heard that the on road abilities aren't smooth? Is it true?....is it worth it for my case? Any advice is great...thanks in advance

Yes, under the center arm-rest, as well as side vents just at the back of the front seats which will diffuse between the two zones depending on how far back the seat is.

If you want a deal, you need to buy around July-Sept when the ned model is about to arrive. And of course Dec/Jan buying last year's model is even better, but I haven't seen one make it to Dec for a long time (like since the 2011 model).
I got my JKUR for $36K after about $5K+ in discounts, but you won't get one in the first few months for much of a discount.
No need for the Subwoofer....loss of space....BUT beautiful jeep!!!!!

3.73 gearing? I thought the Rubican had 4.10s...
You can get 4.10
I thought All Rubicons had 4.10s as standard equipment, and that the 3.73s were only an option for the Sport, Sport S, and Sahara trim levels.
insylem The base for rubicon is 4.10 you can option it down to 3.73, how ever he is mistaken. Max tow is only available with 4.10 you cant option down to 3.73 and get max tow.
wowantonlavey No, it is you who are mistaken, you can get 3.73 with Max Tow on Rubicons.
The base for the 5-speed automatic Rubicon is 3.73, the standard for the 6-speed is 4.10.
However you can option the 4.10 upgrade for the 5-speed, and also go with a 3.73 ratio on the 6-speed Rubicon and still retain Max Tow on both. The only thing that is forced, is that it must be at least 3.73, so on the Sport and Sahara they cannot be the 3.21 option, but must be the 3.73 (of course they don't have access to the 4.10).
Here's the Vin of a Rubicon w/ 3.73 and Max Tow at one of the dealerships near me that I found online; VIN: 1C4BJWFG8FL637299
You can check the VIN using the online tool and see that Rubicon's window sticker which clearly shows the Max Tow package on one side of the Transmission and the 3.73 Rear Axle Ratio on the other side.

I love that car, but it seems too expensive and to costly to maintain in Europe. And Italian motor?, no sure about how dependable it is. But I love the design. If only that car were own by VW instead of Fiat . What americans make of this new Jeep.

Video from 3:40 to 7:40 is just a waste of time.. Its an all terrain vehicle, so who gives a fk about standard equipment, radio controls and plugs... Show me what a Rubicon can really do..
