- Rc Trucking on the East Coast. As the weather took a nice turn I finally made the 250 mile round trip as requested by members of the ECMT.
All I can say is... Credit to all involved for having such a wonderful club.

This is really incredible. In a few years I can see it being absolutely stunning! I agree with the other comments about a shipping port. Why not dig a pond? Bridges, beaches, and of course all those boats. Also, the dirt from digging can become hills for the scale crawlers. You guys have got something really special here.

You guys have the best stuff in the UK. Not to mention how much time and effort you put into building everything you built. You guys got it together we don't have anything here in the United States you know what that sucks. I'm putting that out when it comes to RC. I guess it's just not as popular here in the states those trucks are awesome thank you for showing this video.

Great Aussie spec KW's looked even better with the road train setup, however having the loaded trailer on the lowloader would be considered naughty by the boys in blue, after retiring from owner/driving the real thing, it looks like its time for big boys toys.

My dad has got three parked in the lounge. Drives his peterbilt with tanker trailer around the house. The scania has a reever and the streamliner has the flatbed with pipes.
There are a lot of dreamers who want to build the trucks too but are not commited financially to invest.
So far only watching these on Europe and UK. Have not seen any shows in NZ.

Ashley Barrett round here the place to go is Hartshill Hayes , check out The urban Monkeys rc group and Midland radio controlled crawler club on FB , both local groups who meet up regularly. Great bunch of guys. I have some vids of meets on my page 👍

This has been being built and expanded for a few years now, I have a friend in New Zealand who I believe goes to a little rc truck meet there as he builds rc trucks so there may be one closer than you think 😉

i have a odd ? i just got a grand hauler with a reffer trailer and ik that with the motor that comes with the kit is way to fast for it and i was wonderin if u have any sajestions on what turn of motor would b good for it i was thinkin a 45 turn
Hi there most people tend to replace their stock motors with a Carson puller motor or rock crawler motor, you should be ok with a 45 as the stock is a 27... Also you can lock the gears if it was a kit and you have the left over bits and manual.. it explains in there.

I have always wondered how much actual weight an rc truck like that could pull....
Depending how theyre setup they can pull some really heavy loads
To make it more realistic have some rc cars running around cutting you off and stopping in front of you

It's a t cab.. They're custom built and can't be bought as kits, however on ebay every now and then or join some Facebook groups and they pop up 👍

I like the red semi trailers that were on the kenworth do you know the still make them and where I could possibly get them from. Not sure if they are called a b-train or not but it's the one with the 3 axles and the coupler link for another trailer to be attached
Scratch built is basically hand made using various parts and yes, they call them a b train 👍

dragon 71 I will answer your question buddy. You can pay around £300 or less for the kit and you have to buy glue and paint separately. The kit that produces the sound is called an MFU and comes with American and European sounds depending on what truck you choose.
It also acts as a lighting kit and ESC. These cost a whopping £300 approx. In my humble opinion it's not worth half that but it's needed if you want everything to work as it should. The trailers are around £300 also. Overall they are pukka when they are together and running, and you will be amazed on the build intricacy and quality. If you have the money buy one. If not purchase a second hand one.
+Liam Barrington So true, we sometimes put triple that amount in them, everything gets replaced for ali upgrades and the sound modules in some are the servonaut which can cost over 600, and if you want a noteboom detachable king trailer they start at 1500 alone...

@@scotty555babe if you're going to restrain yourself in belts that have no give (ie: racing 4-, 5-, or 6-point belts, you need a HANS device to prevent your neck from breaking. OEM 3-point belts have give for this reason.
