you can also gargle with hydrogen peroxide
dilute one part 3 percent hydrogen peroxide with 2 parts water gargle for 30-60 seconds do not swallow only few times a week it helps with sore throat, gum diseases and mouth sores and bad breath.

My spouse was sick for a week, they were positive for the flu. But the first day they were really cold, and ran a temp of 103. First day they worked but came home and stayed in bed. 2nd day they slept and I just took care of them, 3rd they rested more, 4th they started feeling better.

Do tea with ginger and a cap full of apple cider vinegar. I had a crazy cold that came over me and the next day I took this concoction and literally in a minute my sinuses were clear and no more sneezing and stuff. When I say I felt amazing in only a minute and slept like a baby and cold was done and gone.
