My family are from the south and yes, we shower twice a day and Iwe always use washcloths. I use one for my body and the other for the "other" parts. There is no way I'm coming home from work and getting in my niece clean bed with all of those outside germs.

So I do scrub my panties in the shower. But I use a body scrub with my hands, then bar soap with a wash cloth and an African net sponge with my body wash. I do the most in the shower. And I also take at least 2 showers a day. And when I can find it I use Dettol in a spray bottle when I shower or put it in the tub when taking a bath.
I love night showers for sure, but I take one in the morning too because I like to work out in the morning. I use dial soap first the orange one with the African net sponge I used to be a loofah kind of girl, but the African net sponge is a game changer. You can get your back and all the crevices after the dial soap. I like to use the smell good soap like a dove or like whatever brand then I'll do like an exfoliate or a shower oil. And then I use only dove sensitive soap on the kitty, not in the kitty on the kitty. Lol
In general shower at night for sure cause you’re out & about during the day & you should definitely clean before you get into clean sheets…now if you sleep & you’re a kid or you’re grown & didnt have an extra curricular activity or sweat heavily at night then no I don’t think you should shower in the morning as well, cause you just showered with a rag at night, so you’re body is not getting dirty, of course you do you cause everybody’s body is different but in general at night for sure ❤
