Not to throw any shade, but, this song is immaculate from a compositional perspective and it was executed and produced perfectly, so I have no idea what you guys are talking about. There are definitely other songs from Monsta X where I have my critiques, but this one I thought up until now, was one of those universally recognized as "good music". Regarding the guitar comment, as a hard rock/heavy metal fan, I struggle to see how anyone who likes the genre would have anything bad to say about the instrumentation in this one. To each their own I guess...
If you want more "Monster" Monsta X, Shoot Out, Rush Hour or Alligator might be the right choice for you, though i gotta say i almost prefer their B-Sides even more. Like Autobahn, Beastmode or Crescendo. Their english releases are also really good, like Who Do You Love, Middle Of The Night or You Can't Hold My Heart for example. Though those have more of a R&B vibe.
Monsta X loves experimenting with their sounds and genres so none of their songs sound the same, which I personally love. But it’s understandable if this isn’t your preference of a song. Other “monsta” worthy songs are shoot out, follow and alligator. Oh and i think the lyrics are more about gambling on love :)
When i heard this song i loved it on the first go. The chorus, the intro, the bridge part and the raps. Were the things that pulled me in with a rope. Yalls opinions are amazing and understandable. This song is still the best though :))💖
