You do understand that "shoot out" is a metaphor, right? I'm not saying you should like the song, cause everyone has their own taste and that's fine, but please try to be less "basic" about lyrical content because Asian groups are much more elegant about their phrasing of things. They don't do much of the basic language, explicit or straight up vulgar we see here in the West, which I get is a valid artistic choice, but you just won't find much of that in k-pop.
Lol the double standard😭😭 kpop and krap do have explicit and vulgar "language", it’s not always love and random you know. Look at Sik-k and his whole song about a girl on his d!ck 💀 and bangchan and his that is definitely not about driving.
Not even gonna lie, Shoot Out was a miss for me at first but it definitely grew on me throughout the years. The Monsta X members themselves had to put it to a vote on whether Shoot Out would even become the title track as its more aggressive/ a more different side of Monsta X compared to their previous Title tracks.
