Hi Suzie Q. In the first TCTSY research paper that reported a benefit for PTSD the participants practiced once a week for 10-weeks. In a paper published in 2021 they found that results (i.e., a reduction in PTSD symptoms) were observed in as little as 5 sessions (again with once a week sessions). However, I have many clients that have incorporated it long term into there treatment plan because they find it an enjoyable and helpful practice.
Your channel is criminally underrated. Don't stop making videos. The world needs this right now. Keep making videos more frequently and have faith.
