Is there an option to paste a ligand's structure from ChemDraw? I am an inorganic chemist and the ligand I want to use is complex and I am not able to draw it in mclue. Also the ligand is not available to find online because it's a newly synthesized ligand.
So you've got your ligand i.e the receptor and the please make use of the protein data bank and perform the docking using softwares like autodock... thankyou

Not possibly becoz your mobile processor may not support working with this much large molecules like proteins. It may cause harm to your mobile . Kindly avoid mobile phones. Laptop or desktop is advisable. Hope you got it. Regards.
