No country in this world is free from corruption not even America the most powerful country in the world and the leader of the free world so what we need to ask ourselves and the government is to try to minimize it ..... Zero level of corruption is next to impossible and people who think it can be achieved is completely delusional or stupid ......

The double engine has failed in Karnataka. Instead we are left with the highest corruption with 40% commission being taken by government employees and ministers.
