This is the seventh day of documenting my self-improvement journey.
Recently, I was wondering how I could provide value to people. I realized that documenting my day-to-day process of self-improvement would really be interesting to people.
Under the motto of Alex Hormozi "do cool shit, document cool shit", I explain how I will be making more day-to-day videos, the actions that I take and the thoughts that I have.
If you're new here, my life purpose is: "inspiring people by sharing insights & perspective wisdom, making a high level of life fulfillment the norm through life purpose, authenticity and optimism".
I like to look at and dissect things from a holistic lens, avoiding people to fall into any extremes and become more happy, productive and fulfilled in general.
