My Great Granfather is the officer on the right. He passed away in 2007 at the age of 110. He was believed to be the last surviving veteran of the Easter Rising

In photos of a precarious situation, such as the antenna installation scene on top the WTC, you have to think,
"Dayum, the photographer is up there with the installers.
Where is she/he standing/hanging on for dear life?"

The photos were great and some were intense but the picture of the child with the boat is kind of funny or what

This channel would be better if you spent more time figuring out the descriptions. At 1:43 you describe " Girl" with "His" toy boats. At 2:27 the scene of Victorian women with their "guitars" (plural) there is only one guitar. At 3:15 you describe four little girls sewing as "child labor", but that pic was more likely a group of girls sewing a project at home (as was quite common in those days. There's no industrial machinery or settings in this pic. It seems like a poor assumption, rather than an accurate description. Maybe I'm being picky, but accuracy is important when it comes to history. Otherwise, a great channel. But seriously. A little better research and descriptions can only help.

I particularly liked the Chinese new year celebrations, just two women walking down the street.

1:42 Apparently they had gender identity issues back in 1900 just like today.
