- In the viral video, two delivery workers can be seen throwing multiple packages from the back of a Shopee Express van parked at an unidentified carpark in what looks like a public housing estate towards a void deck.
E-commerce company Shopee has responded to the incident.

These throwers should be terminated. Shopee aren't free delivery like the past. Most items requireds $1 or $1.49 shipping fee... Daily live selling crystals, jades and fragile items. Throwing stuff like this is unacceptable.
These people aren't made to pay for the damages else they won't throw parcels like trash.

Please if you want to take video as evidence, please go in front of the vehicle and take the license plate number. Then when posting include the exact location in Singapore, date and time the video is taken. Then report to Shopee. I am sure the workers have been briefed and train on how to handle parcels. These people should all be fired. This is what happen when you hire third world people to do a job. They don't understand that such an act will damage items in the parcels, especially when most of the stuff comes from China and their packaging of products is mostly minimal.

@@kruelcifer2883 Read carefully, i was referring the items in the parcels a lot comes from China, China products. I am not referring to the workers as from China. Third world is third world, though China is developed country. You ever also see Cheena workers do the same? I am sure at their mainland logistics the same also happening.

@@kruelcifer2883 Intelligent people will know never to do this in a public space, nowadays videos and photos can be recorded and can be uploaded use them as evidence to complain. These people are simply too low in intelligence and lazy and think they are smart by doing things 'efficiently'. No matter how you train them after some time they will revert to the same habit. That is why you see some countries will always be third world and majority of them just cannot get quality service mindset into their brains and culture.
this is why i hate the philippines, its a 3rd world country so ofc it would have so many unprofessionals, the house my dad built has so many mistakes for example the newly made kitchen has holes and the drawers cant even be closed properly, the toilet in my moms room is too tall and she has alot of problems with her body so it hurts for her to sit on a tall toilet like that, every drain in the house doesnt drain at all until we eventually
then this tailor shop didnt even tailor my shirt properly even when given another shirt as a reference

then my older brother who got top 2 in the whole philippines for his board exams in occupational therapy i think? it was the hardest one in history well thats what i heard but i dont remember the reasons why but basically my brother got top 2 in a very hard exam and he said he didnt even study that hard, his classmates were just filipinos so of course hes gonna be top 2 since he says “did you know, the average iq of a filipino is comparable to a retards”
he got top 2 instead of top 1 because the top 1 is already a doctor with 12 years of experience while for my brother, its his first time taking the exam
people say filipinos are very nice and kind but noooo, they always act so arrogant and doing things called “pagtripan” which is where someone plays tricks on someone, its fine if its your close friend but if its someone who you barely talk to, thats just so wrong and rude then if you speak english people expect you to have a mind of a little kid or smart since people who speaks english usually are smart or are filipino kids who still dont know how to speak their native language
im a filipino and i grew up in the philippines but ive been speaking english my whole life since ive been studying in an international school, when i eventually moved to a normal private school with filipinos, they were very nice at first but eventually became rude and they just love to take advantage or seem like they are better
im an average student with decent grades since i speak english, people assume id have high grades and be all perfect but since i didnt reach their expectations, they treat me as if im a child by not taking me seriously when i talk, they talk about topics with me which are topics people talk about with children
this country really sucks, i cant wait to go abroad

Honestly Shopee won't give a damn. It is only when you threat them with an email to sue, then only they will take action. I'm still waiting for my parcel (from local seller) and it has been 13 days, even the update is not available anymore. Now i'm trying to refund the system is not allowing me to refund. I recommend don't shop at shopee until they revert back to the old method of delivery.

If they don't hold on to the trust, they have no right to continue this job
I bought ghee 50 sgd from shopee and the glass jar arrived completely shattered and the whole package soaked in oil. Purchased Huawei watch and Huawei box arrived flattened and torn. I ordered piano heater and package arrived again, torn and completely empty.. nothing inside. I did get full refund for all three but was a really bad experience. I had an even worse experience with lazada. I've already removed both apps and I'm truly happy with the decision.

I just order items from shopee, but theyre only shipped to a collection point, rather than to my home address. and i hope those workers actually got fired...

There is fix delivery for each area one. Unless u see seller own fleet, it's probably the same people handling your parcels.
