Thank you doctor for this very informative video! I got IPL for my melasma last year, I think it got worsen,so I didn't go for my next session anymore. I am trying chemical peel, I hope I'll succeed this time.

Thank you for watching my You-tube. IPL can make melasma even worse, somtimes. Try to use gentle and soft chemical peel, not the strong one. Using the sunscreen well, and take Vit C. I hope your melama is getting better at this time. :)
