If any country wants to attack India on boots on ground its impossible..From North have to cross the bone freezing mighty Himalayan mountain terrains altitudes 15000 feet minimum .North east has deep unpenetrable mountainous jungles .West has Thar desert the 4th largest and hottest barren deserts also the biggest salt desert on earth with temperatures upto 56degrees..east has the biggest deltas largest mangrove forests called the Amazon of east with 156 rivers some are 5 km wide .south east and south west has bay of Bengal and arabian sea second largest coastline on earth .Every difficult terrain has 3 layers of Protection.The BSF(Border security Force) next Paramilitary forces .India has the biggest technologically highly trained paramilitary forces .every country has a limitations of Active military personnel (U.N rules) so here where the paramilitary comes in .Last is the military (Army .Navy . Airforce) .India also has some of the deadliest weapon systems ..Its a nuclear power country ..Our defence budget is currently Third After China .Lastly our Intelligence is the fourth best in world ..
