My dudes, another stellar episode :) Memories is my gf's favourite The Midnight track, and I love finding myself drifting off somewhere deep in my mind while listening to it. Super evocative. I love both Bend and Comet, but what I'm really excited about is the Sometimes She Smiles episode. It has a such a unique sound for The Midnight, it's short and sweet, beautiful and memorable lyrics. Some impressive high notes from Tyler cap off what is just effortlessly earnest and inventive track that I play a lot. Just like with Memories, Tyler's less literal songwriting has a chance to breathe. It's a song that really does put to ease. 👌 Sorry for the wall of text but that song never gets the attention it deserves.
