3:24 that european industrial metal style, 3:44 the same kind of ska feeling but heavier, 04:01 breakdown into chorus, at 4:53 look at that progression and arrangements, so atmospheric, and carries all the way over to the final chorus, write the damn songs like that again dammit, also 05:31 that's beautiful, look at that 2000's ending then goes back to playful with european disco/techno.
My friends think I’m crazy with this group, but the way they go from Ska-to-Slam-Yo-Head is simply amazing. I love the the band and the way the music makes use of breaks and pauses and build ups. Great Stuff. Great Music. Great Band. Great Singers. The Fox God was genius with this.
It's the genre you didn't know you needed and would heal your soul until it does. This song combines like everything we've ever loved about music into a single track. I love them so much.
Really, just an amazing band. It's a shame they wear those fox masks in the newer version of the band. I liked seeing the individual players as part of the group, instead of just the backup band.

I don't think they knew it at the time, but these 'no-mask' Kami East performances with the holy trinity blazing with precision and peak energy are a very special moment in time. They could do it again if they tried but it feels like a totally different 'product' now. The new Legend 43 movie being so awful just highlights how good this all was. Enjoy!
The best performance of Babymetal is when YUI-METAL is in the band. She was the star in this video. Also the camera is balance coverage for all the girls when YUI is in the band.

As is the case with any high quality art this great song has multiple layers of meaning. Despite being one of my all-time favorites by BM translating it into my native language (polish) gave me most troubles. On the surface it looks like a simple song about indecisiveness (about chosing chlothes, meal, leisure activities etc.) If You scratch deeper there are hints of standing up as an individual against pressure of the society. I personally see this as a jab at the people who use stereotypes and say things like: "all girls are the same", " all Japanese are the same", "all Asians are the same" or "all metal bands are the same" 😉 Long story short: almost every BabyMetal songs are rather deep with multiple meanings (even though the group denies it sometimes), they are full of puns and references, thus they are open for interpretation. One thing these songs have in common (in most cases) is uplifting, positive message 😀 BabyMetal forever!
