Oil - 2/3 cup
Powder sugar - 2/3 cup
Curd - 2/3 cup
Warm Milk ( reduced) - 1/2 Cup
Maida/ all purpose flour - 11/2 Cup
Rose water - 1 tsp
Milk - 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Some Saffron Strands
yellow food colour ( optional)
Whipping cream - 11/4 Cup
Rasmalai Sweet
Pistachios flakes ,Almond flakes, Silver pearls, Dried Rose petals for Decoration
*Measuring Cups used are of standard 200 ml capacity.
*If you try this in summers ,keep the cake in fridge to set for at least an hour.
