~Ingredients~
Weight of cake- approx 900g
Cake tin used is of 6" diameter
Measuring cup used is of 200 ml, 100ml, 50 ml capacity
For Sponge cake
Maida or refined flour- 1 Cup or 150 g
Milk- 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp
Powdered Sugar- 1/2 cup+ 1/4cup
Milk powder- 1/4 cup
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Salt- 14 tsp
Ras malai Essence- 1/2 tsp
Yellow food colour- 3-4 drops
For Frosting Cream
Chilled whipping cream- 1 cup
Yellow gel food colour- 2 drops
Rasmalai Essence- 5-6 drops
Angoori Rasmalai- 250g
Chopped dryfruits and Rose petals for garnishing
