- In this video we will see how to make laddu recipes in tamil. We are going to make three different laddu recipes. These laddus will be great for exchanging sweets during diwali festival.

Ingredients:
Paasiparuppu Ladoo: makes 12 Ladoo
1 cup Moong Dal
1 cup Sugar or a little less
3-4 Cardamom
1+5 tbsp ghee or as required
10 Cashews
Aval Ladoo: makes 10 Ladoo
2 cup Aval
1/2 cup Jaggery powder
3-4 Cardamom
1+3 tbsp ghee or as required
10 Cashews
2 tbsp Rava
1/4 cup Coconut
For Nuts Ladoo: makes 10 Ladoo
1/2 cup mixed nuts(cashews, Almonds, Pista)
1/2 cup Pottu kadalai
1/2 cup Sugar
3-4 Cardamom
3-4 tbsp Ghee

you really helped me out this Diwali.. wondering how to make laddoos that are healthy, simple to make and searched your account and there you were with 3 simple recipes... made all of them... my favorites in order were the pottudkadalai laddoo with nuts, aval laddoo and then pasi paruppu laddoo... only because I added too much sugar but what's a laddoo without too much sugar :D Thanks from the bottom of my heart!!!
