I bought this bag based on this review. Totally don't regret it. Filled it with 200 lbs of pea gravel. I weigh about 250 lbs and only use it for boxing, no kicks, and it's fantastic. I wasn't happy with the suction cups because they were too loud, so I put a carpet under it to add friction instead of leaving it on my smooth floor. Still slides a tiny bit, but really not too bad at all. Been using it for about a month now. Great punching bag. Thanks for reviewing!
Hey man, im interested in buying. your review makes me feel safe to buy this but before I do I just wanted to ask how its been holding up. I know its been 3 years lol but im just wondering, Thanks man
Ah my friend! It held up great! Unfortunately I moved from that location and it was in storage for a bit. GOOD NEWS IS I used it A LOT while I had it and I gave it to one of the families I work with and the kids still use it. Held up great! The foam in the bag itself gets a tiny bit smooshed but that is normal with foam bags. It does eventually settle back. If you don't put enough weight in the base, it will move naturally. But it was a great bag to use at home when I could not hang one!
Thank you so much man, i just ordered it, with your advice im sure itll never break because you did a awesome job on reviewing it, Thanks again buddy!@combat_corp
@@pxl3818 Hey man i just got mine yesterday, and honestly it is so goddam good, its a great investment, however its really hard and it could maybe be painful so consider buying some gloves, im just using my bare fists for now until i buy some but thats honestly all, and its really heavy so it doesent move about that much when you punch it.
Hey, great review! How is the bag doing after around 6 months? I am interested on buying one soon and I will be interested on knowing if it is still holding up. I am a bit concerned on the plastic parts under the springs or on the base cracking after heavy punches. Thanks :)
The springs are fine but as I mentioned in the review, the top of the bag does dent in a little bit but honestly gives a nice give to punch. Still use it on a daily basis, no issues on my end!
The bag's actually 69" as far as I know, so 5'9". Thanks for the review, I have mine shipping next tuesday Edit: i think the whole setup is 5'9", so you were probably right about your height prediction at the beginning
@@-sed-9739 yeah it works fine. The suction cups fell apart and scratched the hardwood floor I had them on pretty bad so make sure you either have it on carpet without suction cups or are using smooth concrete
Great review. Nice to see somebody who can actually hit it hard do a review.

Hi. Can it be moved around the room a bit while it’s full?
I've seen the stitching isn't the greatest. Is it any good?
