Yui - Again (FMA:B op1) is a GOATed track. It's on my playlist since it came out, and anybody who doesn't agree is objectively wrong! ;) Ignoring this massive L, I'd say I agree with the vast majority of the choices. Well, at least when you actually made them, and didn't break the rules by choosing more than one.
This isn't a video for beginner at all. If you want some compilation recommendations that would also show timeline of anime i would suggest: The BEST Anime Openings of Each Season (2010 - 2019) [Part1] The BEST Anime Openings of Each Season (2010 - 2019) [Part2] by TopAnimeWeekly First job of new anime fan. You got to know there are 2 Fullmetal Alchemist. Fullmetal Alchemist (2003) that didn't follow manga and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (2009) that did follow manga. Fullmetal Panic has no connection to Alchemist. For some reason maker of video put One Piece opening 1 in 2000 when it was released in 1999. Inuyasha opening 1 in 2001, released in 2000 and Hunter X Hunter opening in 2012, released in 2011. I mean those openings did play in their second year too but i consider that cheating. 2019 is best year. Swap Tate No Yuusha with Dr. Stone and you have my top 6.
Dude when you said "did we take a break after 2022" while Heavenly delusion OP played I got mad bro. Then the "I guess" while it was playing Hell's paradise...
Long list on what I pick at least half we got different pick🤣 You dismissed best ones like Made in Abyss, High school of the dead, Darling in the Franxx, Vinland Saga, & so on. ☠☠☠ you got to hear them asap especially Vinland Saga which you will enjoy as much as AOT, but the eds are slow for a reason since the series as deep as AOT. Video should had stop on 2023 because I can pick 3 that's not on 2024 list. dragonball Daima, Go Go Loser Ranger, kaiju #8, & Orb:On the Movement of the Earth Ops. I throw in MOST underrated anime of the year Orb.
Bro Made in Abyss is my fav anime but I don't think it's OP is anything special, it's alright but I wouldn't listen to it. I agree Orb is hella underrated and should be more popular but I think it's slowly getting there, I can't wait for it's OP to drop on spotify.

Madoka's opening is one of those that hides how surprisingly dark the series is. The same way Neon Genesis Evangelion hides how serious the anime is. And Code Geass is one of those gateway anime that you need to watch if you're a fan of mecha, Arthurian legends and mind control.
2015 death parade is my top pick. The opening is very deceiving thou. The show itself is not that lightharted but still good. 2022 Ya boy kongming is a nice one. I have that song in my playlist :p
I have spent 3549 hours watching anime since 2006 I didn't know all of these OPs either. I think it's fine for anyone regardless of how much or little anime they've seen to do this. as viewers we already know this guy would only be familiar with some of these songs and that he would be biased toward the ones he knows. that is just normal human behavior, you and I were doing the same thing. if to a lesser extent.
@@Kalleosini I mean yeah, but it just makes little sense to watch these videos when you only know a handfull of OPs and are judging the others based on like 5s clips that are often cut off.
@@Gamer-g2v1r I totally get you. but I think something that would be more interesting than watching an anime veteran do this video. is to watch a newb do it and then revisit it later when they've seen a lot more of this stuff to see if their choices changed much

What's the point of these videos I don't get it, you're spoiling yourself the best parts of songs without the buildup and judging songs you don't know in 5 seconds. This should be done when you know anime, not before, it's not an anime noob video. People need to stop suggesting these videos to newbies
yeah you may want to check out more of these to have a more informed opinion. The biggest single flaw in this list is not having "inner universe from Ghost in the shell SAC as an option in 2002/2003 and not having "rise" from the same series in 2004, thats like not having vinland saga or demon slayer as options in 2019
For a list with some random popular animes from each year, this had some difficult choices xD

When I did this test I got sad when there were no Japanese Pokémon themes as any of the answers lol. Some of em are great.
