I’m so happy you did this video
you are the one, who i found him with in one of your compilations! THANKS
His chain gang is something you shud definetely watch
Another incredible reaction, that's right, Dan is unbelievable, he's a bass singer who puts these kinds of voices on high
I think he's a baritone actually, his subharmonic range is just so mad
He is the new Tim Foust, you need to watch his cover of "The Sound of Silence" you will love it
Dan looks like such a nice guy too. Hope he is doing well.
Loved the reaction! So happy that you reacted to Dan!
This is the best reaction I've ever watched! Thanks for it bro!
Tomi p sound of silence is an amazing cover
He's singing the lines of Gold City's bassist Tim Riley. Agreed Tim Riley doesn't growl like that but is also an amazing basso profundo with a sick chest range, I think you'd enjoy Gold City and specifically Tim Riley!
Concordo... perfeito o que vc escreveu
JD Sumner would be proud! Amazing vocal range! Im so excited when young gospel singers revive the classics! With all thats going on in the world these days....Im looking more and more forward to the day of Christ's return and we receive our new body and new life! Amen?!!!
Loved your reactions watching this! Such fun you are having. Made me smile too!
I grew up in church and this song is a southern gospel staple in most Pentecostal churches I even sang it a few times myself. I still have some old Songs We Sing song books here at the house with the old choral shape notes that used to be used before instruments were available in the old country churches. I have that song in sheet music form.
Do the Chain Gang from him also, its one of the best ones
Thats my boy! Keep it up Dan!
Great voice for sure
Anytime a low note hits he go 😳 lmao. With seriousness I love your videos man. Keep it up
I think, what Dan's did with lows of the song it's kind'a combination "Gold City - I'll have A New Life" (Tim Riley) and The Inspiration (Mike Holcomb). Tim, in Gold City's version goes down to G1 in his powerfull deep chest mode, beeing a preacher of principle "if I can't sing it I won't". Mike Holcomb on the contrary does all that low bass singing tricks all limits free and goes down in this song somewhere at the bigining of 1st octave or even lower. Both I love listening to and Dan did a great job combining two Mike's and Tim's way of diving to lows of this song (though I understand that Dan did Tim's part in subharmonic technique, but anyway - great job).
Dan Miribal has so much power at that low register too.
I get you on the talking up an octave or two. I've been doing the same my whole life. My natural voice is down there with our man that does Darth Vader's voice (sorry, with my brain damage I'm drawing a blank right now). But, yeah, when I am super tired, my wife tells me I am reverting to that super low voice and she cant hear me. So, she asks me to speak up, as in not louder, but in a higher voice.
Gold City is a Southern Gospel Quartet and I'll Have A New Life is an old classic
Subharmonic with chest note Dave
May I recommend the Gold City from the 80s, the soundtrack of my childhood
Never heard the term " Dragon Voice" in a southern gospel bass singer. Check out other Southern Gospel Bass Singers Tim Reily or JD Sumner. are Legends
Anybody that can command the bass voice in such a masterful way, must be a dragon slayer, thus, has obtain the dragon voice 🤣
@@whatitdodaveI've heard as men get older so does there voice.
Hey, you can react to Mb14 the voice performances he got in finals
Right at the beginning He alread starts scared
Chain gang i recomend
Lol I suggest you look up Tim Riley my man. This dude is awesome, but Tim Riley the original bass for Gold City is crazy
It’s called voice training !
We’ve all heard of the bass trio, avi king of chest, Geoff king of subharmonic and Tim king of growl, now there’s a youth version with Dan as king of subharmonic, wonder who is king of chest and growl?
Ever heard of Geoff Castellucci? He’s the king of sunharmonics, or more so David Larson.
@@hunter133officialHe said Geoff is king is subs lmao
@@HwyattH2008 how bout David Larson
@@hunter133official never listened to any of his stuff that I’m aware of
What it do, I’m really wanting to start producing bass composition covers on TH-cam but don’t know how to start, any suggestions please?
Dave, check out Tom Riley.
