That’s genius pork Katsu ball with mozzarella cheese 🫕 looks so delicious 🤤 I love 💕 love 💕 love 💕 cheese I need to visit Korea especially Jeju island 😊💕👋💕💕💕👋
I want Mr. Pig at 9:48 to be placed at my front door for all my parties! If that doesn't say come on in, I don't know what does 😂🐷 Also loved the bun variety at the market and tasty offerings at Starbucks!
Wow. That was some amazing eating. Everything looked great. I can't imagine how it all tasted like. Seafood doesn't come fresher that that. Yummy yum 😋
I wanna eat this to so bad but I have inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn) in my country I eat raw fish to but I always wonder what water the use to clean the fish. Is this water save? Does anyone know this? Normally I only use bottled water for salades and things like that in other country's just to be sure.
Hey Mikey! You're probably not gonna see this, but thank you for all the videos throughout the year. I hope you and your family (especially Mama Chen) has a wonderful time in the holidays. Much love.❤
Omg! I want to visit Jeju Island! Next time I visit Korea Jeju Island will be part of the plan. Everything looks so good. By the way, I know even Koreans in US use the word "sushi" or "sashimi" in their restaurants but in Korea its called "Hwae".❤ This trip looks delicious!
@@joyv9570 Sorry, but you're incorrect. Sushi is a Japanese dish and has rice. The dishes they served in Korea is call Hwae 회. It's similar to what Sashimi is in Japanese.
@SmallGuy845 yes, I know that bc I'm korean- I just thought u were genuinely confused why he put that term for the video. I completely agree with u and it was just a misunderstanding on my part then lol
Calling raw fish food Mermaid “Sushi" by a Korean haenyeo is an act of disrespect for Koreans. Because sushi is japanese. How about visiting China and calling it "Gyoza" for traditional Chinese dumplings.
@@Official-OpenAI yep lol they just called it by a different name. In fact the Chinese were doing it before them all, so u could say Chinese invented it. The Japanese did prefect the art of sushi, if that's what u r trying to say. They didn't "invent it" Its just not called sushi in Korea or China. Wrapping rice in seaweed is the beginning origin of that dish. Basically it belongs to them all.
@@girlywhirly4971 Wrong. China came up with the way to preserve fish in salt. The Sushi we know today is completely Japanese. I can agree with you on China inventing most "asian" things we know of today, as they go way back historically. But you can't categorize everything as Chinese just because some variants are the same. That's like saying Korean BBQ is not Korean because its just cooked meat, so who was the first cave man to cook meat? That's not how we categorize foods or cultures lol. Same with the Omusubi, Sea-weed wrapped rice. Started in Japan during the Edo period. Give me a source about it being China if you think I'm wrong.
You know when you say we've got to come where you are and try this or that. Do you really believe that most of really can? I don't think so. We live through your travels seeing you do what you do.
Some people already have travel plans to these areas with years of planning but no idea where they're going for food besides to enjoy locally. Makes these videos very helpful in travel recommendations
Don't worry you're not missing much. I've had a lot of the food he's suggested and he's over reacting most of the time. It wasn't as good as he makes it out to be.
‘Im glad I got 4 of these’…. this is why we love you Mikey!
That lobster bun looked amazing- actually everything looked delicious
Hey Mike.. The star for me was the buns. All made very unique and in their own way. Everything awesome 👍🏼😎 Enjoy, bcse I enjoyed Jeju.. 😋🐞❤️

all looks great. i have to say though, at 17:20 i cant even imagine the bacteria that is on that cutting board, on the beach there. so, be careful.

Why is this video titled mermaid sushi? There wasn't a single piece of sushi in this video.

Sushi is just chojang launcher.
Abalone in California is 10x that size. Hopefully they don’t come here and over fish our natural resource. Support your local Fish and Game.

It’s been documented that Koreans have been wrapping rice in seaweed and gave it an official name BEFORE the Japanese.

He once said that if he doesn't like the food he just doesn't post a review. It does no good to ruin someone's business for a video.
