Thank you for your hard work. But PLEASE don't cower down to the status quo of straight-line thinking, or industry hype. Viruses vectored are the NUMBER ONE problem in beekeeping today. Regardless of the benefits of a trait in past years; we CANNOT ignore the current situation. NO progress will ever be made if there isn't someone willing to conduct the research and cause industry to face the bitter truth. The beekeeping industry must weigh the harm of horizontal viral transfer, with "perceived" benefits of hygienic behavior. Who has the stones to announce the results?
