This for me is what I call a traditional pedal killer as if you were thinking logically and you did not want to work with a plug in like Amplitube and then you get one of these why would you ever need anything ever again...... ever. Just so easy to use easy to understand and sounded amazing. once you have all of your own personal preferences in order and in the right place then that's you done. Impressive
I used a GR-55 (2010) and it started sounding dated/old then I was using Amplitube (2016) but wanted something mobile so now I picked up the GP200 I'm very impressed so far.
Exactly the reason I ordered one today, to replace the plug-ins with all the effects bogging down the recording process!! I do love the NeuralDSP Cory Wong plugin, but it's too much on the computer processor with many tracks. My GP200LT arrives tomorrow. How is it working for everyone for irect recording so far??
TY! FX Loop isn't kind'a cool (as you sort'a stated). It is TOTALLY cool. Especially the INs & OUTs. Thank you for finally showing that. Only took 32 mins!
Man that assignable footswitch is awesome, you can basically solve the nuisance of multieffects only offering you patch/bank up down and have like stompbox mode. I wonder besides this what other cheap multieffects does this? I know NUX MG400 does this is some sort of way.
Will a momentary footswitch work for momentary functions like stabbing a slap delay in and out or such? Like the sonicake dual momentary footswitch? Ty!
Just bought this recenty. It is awesome.., still scrathing the surface, but it was the right choice for me. Quick question: how do I favourite or reorder patches?
No mate you would need to take output from the GP200LT multi effect pedal into an INPUT of an AMPLIFIER which would create a power sound output, from the Output of an Amplifier that would plug directly into the External passive speaker. A passive speaker does not have a built in amplifier do you need a separate amplifier to produce a sound output, the GP200LT does not have a built in power amplifier thus meaning you need to plug directly into and amplifier to then drive your passive speakers.
I keep fastforwarding to hear the actual tones from this machine but usually ended up landing on the parts where you guys would talk😅it was rather maddening. Nevertheless, great enough video. Here's a hoping more companies send you guys more musical machines to review. Cheers from Aizawl India 🇮🇳 Great playing too. That must be said
More things than you realise are made in China sold OEM with suppliers brand name on. Valeton GP100 and 200s are really solid and really well made, as above said like a tank. I understand why you believe what you said but I’ve worked as a UK product buyer for a very big electronics, sound, lighting, studio gear distribution company for 30yrs supplying to wholesalers, retailers worldwide, every music store and electrical store worldwide. Buying and selling our own brand products and also other brands. We sell tons of products from other brands that are much higher in price to our own brand which we source from the same factories in the Far East but with our own brand names on. Exactly the same products and we sell much cheaper than the higher priced brands. Peoples perception of products will always differ and that’s cool as we can all believe and make our own decisions to buy what we prefer, giving a bigger market place and being able to make bigger margins depending on who we sell to. We also have our own factory in Shenzhen that we bought about 15yrs ago where we manufacture whatever electronics product we want to at crazy low prices and sell to likes of Amazon, Maplin, CPC, B&Q, Sainsbury Homebase to name a few. Yeh theirs a lot of shite made in the Far-East but also some very well made gear too.
By far the best explanation of how this works. Thank you fellas 👌
Thank you very much!!
The best detailed description of all the functions. Very useful
Thank you Sebastian

Probably…I haven’t tried it but I don’t see why not
@@TSFAHTPS Thanks for replying, Yea I hope gp200 supports disengage effect non latching, Mine is arriving next week
Does it have something like the Snapshot Mode in the HX Stomp?
Just bought this recenty. It is awesome.., still scrathing the surface, but it was the right choice for me. Quick question: how do I favourite or reorder patches?
It’s quite easy to do when connecting a PC with the Valeton S/W. Simply drag and drop
What about the global eq ?
How much control do you have over the delays? Is there a dotted 1/8th note? Can you adjust in milliseconds? thx
Yes, both is possible
Probably not. But will the gp 200 run a passive speaker.
